Welcome to Landmark Event Center. Our elegant reception and banquet facilities are perfect for wedding/receptions, corporate events, meetings, holiday parties, and more. Situated in charming Des Moines, Washington, this location provides easy access from either Seattle or Tacoma, both less than 25 minutes away.
On a bluff overlooking Puget Sound, the historic 1926 building and grounds were home to the Masonic Home of Washington. While plans are being developed for one of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful residential communities, our Landmark Building and grounds are being made available to the public as the Landmark Event Center.
We are happy to offer several grand rooms and portions of the grounds of our beautiful campus for special occasion use. The auditorium, commercial kitchen, living room, Point Robinson Dining Room, library, rose garden, front lawn, and picnic grounds are available for daily rentals. Areas can be rented out individually, or can be combined for larger events. We also have meeting room space available for groups as small as 8 in our cozy library to as many as 300 in theater seating in our auditorium.
