Today, the old Masonic Retirement Center is known as Landmark Event Center. The building is used to host a variety of events including weddings, banquets, parties, meetings, networking groups, memorial services, community festivals, film shoots, and more.
Currently nobody resides in the Landmark building. Future plans to develop the campus have been put on hold and we are taking event reservations up to 18 months in advance.
Tours of the event spaces are available Monday through Saturday by appointment only; please allow 30 minutes to an hour. Please call 206-878-8434 or email afish@mrcwa.org to schedule a no obligation tour.

Auditorium Maximum Capacity 200 Includes use of up to 200 banquet chairs. No food or beverages permitted. Steinway Grand Piano and Electric Organ available for use upon request.
Banquet Hall Capacity 150 for seated dining; up to 200 guests for theater-seating or stand-up events. *If food (other than beverages) is being served in the Banquet Hall, rental of the Commercial Kitchen is required. You must have a licensed caterer and bartender (if serving alcohol).
Commercial Kitchen KITCHEN UTENSILS AND COOKWARE ARE NOT INCLUDED. DISHES AND SILVERWARE ARE NOT INCLUDED. Kitchen includes use of the following equipment: 2 convection ovens 6-burner gas stove (no grease frying permitted) 2 large gas ovens 2 reach-in freezer units 1 walk-in refrigeration unit 300lb ice maker 8 wheeled garbage barrels prep sinks commercial microwave oven
All dish washing must be done in 3 compartment sink using King County Health Department approved dish washing procedures, or in the commercial dishwasher.
Garden Room/Lobby If rented separately, includes the following: 5 42" round tables and 24 each high-back rosewood dining chairs. Plus a small serving kitchen with 30 cup coffee maker, residential refrigerator, small dishwasher, and sink.
Living Room Capacity 50 Includes use of a small serving kitchen with 30 cup coffee maker, residential refrigerator, small dishwasher and sink. "Light" food (appetizers) and beverages permitted. Living Room includes component stereo system and grand piano.
Picnic Grounds Capacity 125 Includes partially sheltered seating area with wooden picnic tables and benches with seating for 120. Restroom facilities for men and women, Cook shelter with electric range, sink, residential refrigerator, large brick hooded barbeque pit, and smaller charcoal barbeque grill. Electrical outlets, hot and cold running water, and floodlights for night time use. Adjacent lawn surrounded by 100' tall evergreens and maples.
Front Garden Capacity 200 July - September only Includes use of up to 200 folding chairs. Includes lawn mowing and professional grooming on the business day prior to the event.
Banquet and Catering Equipment Rentals We offer in-house rental of dishes, silverware, glassware, table linens, and audio-visual equipment, all competitively priced, without the hassle of arranging pick-up and delivery. Ask for pricing and details.
