Beautiful oak fireplace mantle, formal columns, high ceilings, and built-in china cabinets. Aside from some potted plants and area rugs, the room is largely open to allow for a variety of set-ups. Upright piano and electric organ available.  New for 2010 are 200 banquet chairs, and your choice of 4', 5', or 6' diameter round tables included in your rental rate.

Soaring beamed ceilings, dark woodwork, stained glass windows, and antique lighting lend the feel of a place of worship. Capacity of 250 in theater seating, plus an additional 50 seats in balcony. Large stage, adjacent serving pantry, Steinway grand piano and electric organ. This room will be completely redecorated in Summer 2010, featuring new stage curtains, carpeting, upholstery, upgrading seating, and state-of-the-art projection and sound equipment.

The rose garden area is available for smaller receptions and events May-October.

LIVING ROOM
This beautiful room was redecorated in 2008, but with all it's original details intact, including hand painted box-beam 20' ceiling, terrazzo floors, and original artwork. Relax and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Maury Island while enjoying music being played on the grand piano. Capacity of 60 for theater-style seating, or 30 for conversation and cocktails. Heavy oak and leaded glass doors create a quiet enclave perfect as a small conference room or meeting space for up to 15 people. No food service is allowed in this room; limited beverages by arrangement.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

Walk-in refrigerator, reach-in freezers, gas range, convection and microwave ovens, food steamers, small commercial dishwasher, and a 500-lb. ice maker.
