The splendor of our Banquet Hall is its versatility. From a wedding reception, birthday party, company meeting, to a holiday bizarre, it is the perfect setting for gatherings from 50 to 200 people.

The Banquet Hall boasts a beautiful oak fireplace mantle, formal columns, high ceilings, original terrazzo floors and built-in china cabinets. Aside from some potted plants, the room is largely open to allow for a variety of set-ups.
Capacity is 150 for seated dining; up to 200 guests for theater-seating or stand-up events. We provide banquet chairs, and your choice of 4', 5', or 6' diameter round tables included in your rental rate.

Rental of the Banquet Hall also includes an adjacent lobby (Garden Room) which provides an additional seating area and space for banquet tables, sign-in tables, beverage station, gift table, and conversation areas. There is also a small Kitchenette and a portable bar that is included in this space.

Our spacious Commercial Kitchen will make any caterer envious. At Landmark Event Center you may use any licensed caterer of your choice, a licensed bartender and banquet permit is required for serving alcohol.

Kitchen includes use of the following equipment, all equipment use must be pre-approved: 2 convection ovens 6-burner gas stove (no grease frying permitted) 2 large gas ovens
1 braising pan 1 reach-in freezer units 1 walk-in refrigeration unit 300lb ice maker 8 wheeled garbage barrels prep sinks commercial microwave oven
All dish washing must be done in 3 compartment sink using King County Health Department approved dish washing procedures, or in the commercial dishwasher.
We typically do not permit cooking on-site in the Commercial Kitchen; any cooking must be approved prior to your event. Equipment can be used for meal prep, food warming and storage only.
Kitchen cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware are not included. We do have dinnerware available for additional rental fees.
